When I called to cancel the policy. Every time I called, Cari was either on the phone, busy or out of the office according to the person who answered my calls. I was expecting a call to make sure everything was alright when a massive tree fell on my house in 2024. As far as State Farm the insurance company. They went against my contractor’s cost estimate and shorted me $4,500. Luckily the contractor was willing to let me slide on the last payment until I got the money together. The house had to be up on the market to be sold as part of a divorce settlement. Needless to say, I will NEVER have any kind of insurance from State Farm EVER AGAIN!"
